Nearly 50 clients with us for over 10 years, plus six staff milestones

This autumn, four of our clients reached long-service milestones with ServiceMaster South Wales. Three have now worked with us for 10 years, and one for 15. That brings the number of clients who have been with us for more than a decade to 49.
We’ve also marked six staff anniversaries, with team members reaching 10, 15 and 20 years with the company.
49 clients with us for over 10 years
In commercial cleaning, clients tend to stay when the standard is consistent, problems are sorted quickly and they know who to call. That’s what we work towards with every contract, and it’s good to see it reflected in how long our clients stay with us. More of them are now reaching 15 and 20 years too.
Our Managing Director, Jayne Gethin, said:

Celebrating our people
Our celebrations don’t stop with our clients. We have also recognised six employee milestones, celebrating the achievements of two cleaning operatives, two area supervisors and two contract managers. Together, they have reached impressive 10-, 15- and even 20-year work anniversaries.
The dedication, experience and commitment of our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Their contribution over the years has helped shape ServiceMaster South Wales into the company it is today, and we are delighted to recognise their achievements and thank them for their continued hard work.

What’s next
There are two more staff anniversaries to come before the end of 2026. Our next client anniversary will also make it 50 clients who have worked with us for more than 10 years. We’ll share the news when it happens.
