A little over 5 years ago we moved into a new, purpose build Health Centre. Jayne was invited along to provide me with a quotation for the cleaning contract. Not only was I impressed by the services provided by ServiceMaster, but also the professionalism and 'nothing would be too much trouble' approach I felt. Needless to say, 5 years on Jayne and her team continue to provide all our cleaning services to the highest standard. When ever an issue has arisen, no matter how small, they are resolved swiftly thanks to the great working relationship we have. As we are frequently complimented on how great the premises looks; which is largely down to the team at ServiceMaster, I would have no hesitations in recommending Jayne and the ServiceMaster team to anyone.

Our company is located within a large industrial unit and is continually expanding. Jayne Gethin and her team have been nothing if not flexible to these changes. Always approachable, I know that I can contact the team at any time with a problem or request and I am confident that the solutions will be timely, cost effective and provide the best for our company. Our practise underwent a large phased building development, and the practise decided to put the cleaning contract out to tender. Out of all the interested parties, ServiceMaster Clean were clearly the company that stood out and subsequently they were chosen. As the building development was phased this proved extremely difficult in keeping the practise clean due to the dust and mess from the contractors, who were still on site for a further 7 months. During this time ServiceMaster Clean provided an excellent standard which has been maintained throughout their time with us. ServiceMaster Clean have always provided a private and personal service and they are highly recommended by our practise.

We originally contacted Jayne and her team at ServiceMaster to cover a long term sickness of one of our employees. We were extremely pleased with the service and quality and continue to use them to cover for all staff absences and shortages. They provide a professional, efficient and reliable service with extremely helpful staff. We would highly recommend them!

I have just received an email from our office staff that would like me to contact you regarding the excellent work that David has carried out and is still carrying out today. I noticed David in a few different locations today doing a fantastic deep cleaning of all desks, chairs, kitchen utilities as well as all touch points that Covid would be laying in wait to spread. He has been here since very early and is still here now. He hasn't been here before but It would be nice to show out appreciation for his efforts by contacting his employers.

Just to let you know, and to offer my thanks to all your staff who attended during the concert. As you are probably aware the concert was a great success for us, and part of that success was down to the efficiency of your staff, we received no complaints whatsoever with regard cleaning and servicing of the toilet areas. Please could you pass on my thanks to all of your operatives as they did a fantastic job.

Tarnya is our regular cleaner and her work is always to a very high standard, on the odd occasion that Tarnya is not with us, Lianne [Contracts Manager] will call or email to let us know we have a replacement and check that we are happy with the arrangements. All in all, two very good people to work with.
