It’s important for our clients to have an efficient management system in place. You will allocated a dedicated Contracts Manager to your site who will liaise with you directly. A mobile Supervisor will also check the premises are cleaned to the highest standard and cover any sickness or holiday entitlement, as and when required.
We believe in open communication and send out a regular client newsletter to keep you up-to-date with everything going on at ServiceMaster Clean Swansea. We also provide a communication log so you can communicate directly with your cleaner and vice versa. This system is extremely useful, especially outside regular office hours.
You wouldn’t be! We have so much belief and are so confident in the service that we provide that we only place a 30 day termination period on the contract. Therefore you would not be tied into a contract if your unhappy, which we are extremely confident wont happen.
All of our cleaners must complete a training manual for a new site. Each manual contains information on alarm codes, floor plans, health and safety and risk assessment.
We put together a cleaning schedule which both parties agree on. You can expect the same high standards every visit. Each schedule is tailored to meet your requirements.
We have a duty of care to safeguard our employees. Our EziTracker Staff Management System monitors when a cleaner enters and leaves a premises. This enhances lone worker security and gives you peace of mind of the service level being delivered. If your cleaner doesn’t clock-in by the agreed time, a mobile supervisor is notified and an alternative cleaner will be supplied.
The phones are monitored 24/7 so you can contact us outside of usual working hours. If your matter is urgent the relevant member of staff will be notified ASAP. All queries and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
All staff are monitored regularly by our mobile supervisors and also our contracts manager, who will visit the clients premises on regular occasions to make sure that the clean is of the highest standard.
Uniform allows our cleaners to look neat, tidy and professional as well as making them easily recognisable. It also enhances security. You know that only ServiceMaster staff in uniform should be on the premises.
Yes, all our members off staff have to conduct an initial training folder with ServiceMaster and also are trained on the individual site where they will be allocated, such as floor plans, health and safety and security of the premises. They are then also monitored by a supervisor where extra training will be provided if necessary. All members of staff are also fully trained in each and every product that they will be required to use whilst on your premises.
Every member of staff can be CRB checked if required, we have the facility to carry out these checks as and when required.
We carry out regular site visits to discuss any service requirements and to check you are happy with everything. You will also receive a quarterly report. You can rate our service to make sure we are providing a continuous high service level.

All products and appropriate equipment are provided by ServiceMaster to complete the clean. COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) data sheets are supplied for all products used at your premises. All electrical equipment is PAT tested.
