Our business premises is approx 40,000 sq ft with 4 large office areas,12 private offices, meeting rooms, canteen /kitchen facilities and 8 toilet/shower rooms. Prior to using ServiceMaster’s services all cleaning was carried out in house but due to the building type and facilities there was always numerous complaints in house about its state. The business decided to out source the cleaning duties and I was tasked with finding a supplier that could offer the service we required and be competively priced, I spoke to various companies but only one stood out through its professionalism and that was ServiceMaster Swansea. ServiceMaster have proven to be an outstanding supplier and Jayne the Managing Director would go that extra mile to please, the standard of cleaning is exceptional, the cleaning staff are very helpful, trustworthy and conscientious and are a pleasure to work alongside. Jayne’s company Servicemaster has held the cleaning contract for the practice since May 2005. She took over the contract at a very difficult time due to us having to break our contract with our previous contractor, with immediate effect. When I telephoned Jayne and explained our situation, she made arrangements for staff to attend the premises within 24 hours and therefore ensured minimum disruption to the practice during a potentially difficult period. Since that time I have watched her company expand due to the dedication and hard work of Jayne and her team. She regularly calls to inspect the premises and is always at the end of the phone should any problems arise. This attention to detail is very important to me as a customer and we are very satisfied with the level of service she provides. I would like to wish her every success for the future and look forward to hearing that her company continues to flourish.

Our practise underwent a large phased building development, and the practise decided to put the cleaning contract out to tender. Out of all the interested parties, ServiceMaster Clean were clearly the company that stood out and subsequently they were chosen. As the building development was phased this proved extremely difficult in keeping the practise clean due to the dust and mess from the contractors, who were still on site for a further 7 months. During this time ServiceMaster Clean provided an excellent standard which has been maintained throughout their time with us. ServiceMaster Clean have always provided a private and personal service and they are highly recommended by our practise.

I find Service Master very easy to deal with. If there is a problem they are on it straight away and ensure that it is rectified ASAP. They communicate well and provide a personal touch. They always try keep their costs to a minimum.

A Little over 5 years ago we moved into a new, purpose build Health Centre. Jayne was invited along to provide me with a quotation for the cleaning contract. Not only was I impressed by the services provided by ServiceMaster, but also the professionalism and 'nothing would be too much trouble' approach I felt. Needless to say, 5 years on Jayne and her team continue to provide all our cleaning services to the highest standard. When ever an issue has arisen, no matter how small, they are resolved swiftly thanks to the great working relationship we have. As we are frequently complimented on how great the premises looks; which is largely down to the team at ServiceMaster, I would have no hesitations in recommending Jayne and the ServiceMaster team to anyone.

I would like to mention how excellent our cleaners, Wendy and Lauren are, not just how conscientious and hard working they are but also how pleasant and helpful they always are with everyone.
