We would like to congratulate one of our Directors – Jonathan Gethin on the successful passing of his CIPD Level 3 foundation certificate in people practice.
Jonathan started the course in January 2023 with Ahead HR and the course consisted of 5 modules, including:
Business, Culture and Change in Context
Principles of Analytics
Core Behaviours for People Professionals
Law Recruitment and Selection
The course was successfully completed in February 2024 and he would like to thank Ahead HR for the support throughout the year in gaining the qualification. We are looking forward to implementing what has been learnt throughout our business.
